These in-between zones extend learning into everyday movement, while buildings raised on stilts leave the ground plane open and flexible for outdoor classrooms, workshops, gatherings, and shaded play. Classrooms cluster around open courts, with buildings grouped like a small village linked by exterior corridors. Pathways sequence a progression of intimate courts culminating in a large, shaded sunken court at the campus heart. Here, a paved plaza—framed by tree groves—forms an informal amphitheatre and elevates the prominence of the library, the intellectual and symbolic centre of the campus.
